First, fry egg pancake. Break 1 egg in a mixing bowl. Add salt and whisk well.
Preheat nonstick pan on medium-high and pour the egg mixture. Spread it evenly by rolling the pan side-to-side gently. Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes on medium-low. When the surface of the egg is no longer runny, flip the pancake over.
Place the cooked pancake onto a dish and do the same with the remaining 2 eggs.
Set pancakes aside to cool down. Meanwhile prepare the filling.
Great cheese. Put the crabstick in the center of each pancake and top with grated cheese. season with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped dill.
Fold both sides of the pancake towards the center. Firmly wrap to enclose the filling. Then cut each wrap into 4-5 rolls.
