Seafood cocotte
  • 600 g seafood cocktail in oil "Vodniy mir"
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g diary cream
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g cheese
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • to taste species


  1. Dice 1 onion and fry it in oil until lightly browned.
  2. For the dressing – mix eggs, sour cream and spices (herbs).
  3. Place previously cutted onion onto the baking dish.
  4. Add seafood coctail, mixed with egg-cream sauce.
  5. Bake, uncovered, in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. Then place into oven again for another 10 minutes.
  8. Put aside to cool down for 10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with additional shrimp and fresh dill, if desired.
