Cream soup with spinach, cheese and shrimps
Ingredients
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 150 g frozen shrimp "Vodniy mir"
  • 200 g spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 50 g cheese
  • 100 ml dairy cream
  • 1 bundle of greens

Instructions

  1. Wash all the vegetables and cut them into cubes.
  2. Then place into a saucepan and fill with water (around 500 ml).
  3. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
  4. To prepare sauce: mix together olive oil, garlic, dried herbs, salt and pepper.
  5. Shred loaf into pieces and mix with the sauce.
  6. Cook in a dry pan until bread is brown.
  7. Remove peppers and onions from the pan and mash the remaining ingredients with blender.
  8. Season with salt to taste.
  9. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and add cheese and herbs.
  10. Then mash everything again, adding dairy cream and shrimps. Serve the soup hot with croutons.
