23.10.2009 - Crab sticks “Vodniy Mir” take first place.
In release for October, 15th the program "Quality mark", television channel "Inter", tasted crab sticks.
Note: "Quality mark" is an unprecedented project in the reference of its social function and on Ukrainian TV it’s a unique source of the information about quality of things and products which we used to buy.
For crab sticks quality check by consumers, five marks have been chosen and have been placed as follows:
number 1 – ТМ «NC», Russia
number 2 – ТМ «VICI», Russia
number 3 – ТМ «Vodniy Mir», Ukraine
number 4 – ТМ «Makra», Russia
number 5 – ТМ "Bremor", Belarus
Sensory evaluation.
The highest appreciation for organoleptic rating was received by the sample of Ukrainian trade mark «Vodniy Mir» – four points. The samples of «VICI» (Russia) and "Bremor" (Belarus) received three points each and Russian trade marks «NC» and «Makra» received two points each.
Results of consumer tasting.
Consumers have unanimously preferred «Vodniy Mir» – 5 points. Trade marks «VICI» and "Bremor" received four points, and potential consumers didn’t like the crab sticks of trade marks «NC» and «Makra» at all - they have only one voice each.
Results of the chemical analysis.
All samples meet the requirements of regulations concerning physical-chemical and microbiological characteristics – all samples have received 5 points each.
Total results.
According to the results of two professional examinations which have an influence on total estimation, Ukrainian trade mark «Vodniy Mir» has the best quality of the product.
