Kani salad with crabsticks

1 cucumber
1 carrot
200 g chilled crabsticks “Vodniy mir"
2 tbsps. plain yogurt
2 tbsps. rice vinegar or lemon juice
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 bunch crunchy lettuce

Wash the lettuce, carrot and cucumber. Prepare crabsticks. Slice thinly all the ingredients to about matchstick-width strips. Mix evenly, trying not to break down matchsticks.

Prepare the dressing: whisk plain yogurt, rice vinegar or lemon juice and sesame oil.

Season salad with dressing and garnish with fried sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
