|200 g||chilled crabsticks “Vodniy mir"|
|2 tbsps.||plain yogurt|
|2 tbsps.||rice vinegar or lemon juice|
|1 tbsp.||sesame oil|
|1 bunch||crunchy lettuce|
Wash the lettuce, carrot and cucumber. Prepare crabsticks. Slice thinly all the ingredients to about matchstick-width strips. Mix evenly, trying not to break down matchsticks.
Prepare the dressing: whisk plain yogurt, rice vinegar or lemon juice and sesame oil.
Season salad with dressing and garnish with fried sesame seeds. Bon appetit!
