|160 g||tagliatelle pasta|
|200 g||frozen seafood cocktail "Vodniy mir"|
|30 ml||olive oil|
|50 ml||dry white wine|
|salt, pepper, spices||to taste|
Bring a saucepan with water to boil. Salt generously and add tagliatelle. Cook until al dente, tender but not soggy. Drain. Prepare the sauce. Finely chop the garlic and fry it in olive oil. Stir in seafood cocktail and cook until through. Pour in wine, wait until the alcohol evaporates and add diced tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and fennel. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes. Add pasta and garlic sauce and mix evenly. Place the pasta onto a serving dish, sprinkle with parsley and serve. Bon appetit!
