Soup with crabsticks

200 g potatoes
100 g chilled crab sticks "Vodniy mir"
1 onion
1 carrot
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon fish spices
10 g fresh parsley

Peel potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Pour 1.5 liters of boiling water into a saucepan and add sliced ​​potatoes.

Cut onion into small cubes and grate carrots

Heat the butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add onions and carrots and fry until soft.

Place the fried vegetables onto a pan with potatoes. Cook all together for 15 minutes.

Cut crabsticks into cubes and add into the soup.

Season with fish spices, salt, pepper and stir for another 5 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and remove the soup from the heat.

Top soup with crab sticks and serve with black bread. Bon appetit!
