Grate carrot and cut onion into half rings.
For the dressing whisk together olive oil, mustard and vinegar. Stir in pepper, coriander, garlic and fresh ginger.
Place grated carrot and rings of onion into the sauce and mix well. Put aside for 10-15 minutes.
Slice cucumber and pepper. Put them into a bowl together with laminaria. Pour in the dressing and stir thoroughly. Bon appetit!
