Spicy Nasi Goreng with mussels

300 g cooked long grain rice
400 g frozen mussels "Vodniy mir"
2 eggs
40 g onion
3 cloves garlic
30 ml soy sauce
10 g sugar
25 g oyster sauce
20 g green onion
50 ml sunflower oil
to taste fresh chili pepper, salt

Mix the eggs with salt using the egg beater. Fry 2 crusts of omelet sheets and roll them into a tube. Set aside.

Heat the wok on a high heat. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Place there pounded onion, garlic and chili. Fry for few seconds. Add sugar and stir regularly until it melts.

Stir in previously cooked rice and fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Pour in soy and oyster sauces; add chopped omelet and green onion and defrosted mussels. Sauté everything over high heat for 6-7 minutes.

If desired, garnish with chili, coriander and lemon. Bon appetit!
