|250 g||seafood cocktail in oil "Vodniy mir"|
|50 ml||sunflower oil|
|to taste||salt and pepper|
Preheat the oven to 200C. Wash the peppers, place on a roasting tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Put peppers in the pan, cover and leave for 20 minutes.
Peel peppers, discard the seeds and cut into slices.
Prepare the dressing: mix together vinegar, honey, salt, black pepper and sunflower oil.
Strain seafood cocktail from oil and stir with pepper and dressing.
Garnish with chopped parsley and sprig of basil, if desired. Bon appetit!
