Pita with capelin roe and preserved squid

3 eggs
100 g capelin roe “Vodniy mir"
2 cucumbers
50 g butter
100 g preserved calamari
3 leaves lettuce
1 thin pita

Boil 3 eggs for 8-10 minutes. Then place into cold water to cool down. Take pita and thinly grease it with butter. Spread a layer of capelin roe. Top with lettuce. Dice calamari, cucumber and eggs. Season with mayonnaise and evenly sprinkle pita with the mixture. Fold pita over filling. Then cut it into small pieces and place on the dish. Garnish with fresh greens, if desired. Bon appetit!
