Cream soup with spinach, cheese and shrimps

2 potatoes
1 carrot
150 g frozen shrimp "Vodniy mir"
200 g spinach
1 onion
1 bell pepper
50 g cheese
100 ml dairy cream
1 bundle of greens

Wash all the vegetables and cut them into cubes. Then place into a saucepan and fill with water (around 500 ml). Bring to a boil and reduce heat. To prepare sauce: mix together olive oil, garlic, dried herbs, salt and pepper. Shred loaf into pieces and mix with the sauce. Cook in a dry pan until bread is brown. Remove peppers and onions from the pan and mash the remaining ingredients with blender. Season with salt to taste. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and add cheese and herbs. Then mash everything again, adding dairy cream and shrimps. Serve the soup hot with croutons. Bon appetit!
