Crab Salad with orange

120 g chilled crabsticks “Vodniy mir"
2 eggs
100 g sweet canned corn
1 orange
1 tbsp. yogurt
1 clove garlic
to taste salt, ground black pepper

Boil 2 eggs for about 9 minutes. Put aside to cool down. Then remove the shell and cut eggs into small pieces.

Dice crabsticks and orange’s core.

Stir all the ingredients in a bowl. Add canned corn and season the salad with mayonnaise or plain yogurt. Add salt and pressed garlic (if desired). Bon appetit!
