|100 g||crabsticks “Vodniy mir"|
|2 tbsp.||olive oil|
|1 tbsp.||soy sauce|
|0,5 tbsp.||tabasco sauce|
|1 tbsp.||vinegar 9%|
Prepare all the ingredients for the salad. Wash onion and cut it into half-rings. Grate cucumber and carrot. Slice crabsticks and pickled pepper.
Whisk water and vinegar in a separate bowl. Place there chopped onion and set aside for 10 minutes. Drain water and gently squeeze the onion rings with hands.
Whisk soy sauce, vegetable oil, Tabasco sauce and pressed garlic for the dressing.
Place all the ingredients into a bowl. Toss with the dressing and sprinkle with greens, if desired. Bon appetit!
