Bruschetta with mussels

1 bell pepper
50 g mussels meat in oil “Vodniy mir"
40 g feta cheese
2 slices bread
1 sprig basil
to taste salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place 1 bell pepper on the baking tray and broil for about 30 minutes until skins blister.

Meanwhile, cut bread in 2 slices about 1/2 inch thick and broil until toasted slightly.

Place broiled bread on the plate. Take out pepper from the oven. Immediately put it in a paper bag and let aside for 15-20 minutes. Peel and discard charred skin, remove seeds and coarsely chop the pepper.

Top toasts with chopped pepper, crushed feta and 3-5 mussels. Sprinkle with basil and serve immediately.
